    He owns 10% of the company. How does an association of one individual and company with change the fundamentals of the product and its benefits?

    If there is a position to remove that ownership and revoke any options bonus shares outstanding etc isn't that a major win?

    I do wonder how much emotion has been placed on this decline as opposed to actual fundamentals of value.
