In my opinion ASIC are as bad as the stewards in horse racing. I had backed a horse in a race at Geelong in 1987 which didn't put a hoof out of the starting stall, yet after a period of deliberation after the race it was deemed a starter. Shysters one and all!
In any case i'll keep holding my 4000 shares in ADO because surely 'the market' can't be so short sighted as to deign whether a company's share price lives and dies by how well one looks on a webinar.
