If that's the reason behind price spike: the question would be why management sat on this for around 2 months (results were received on Dec 8). The results should have been released to market immediately.
Infill resuts usually are technical and do not necessarily add to the blue sky. So rarely they cause such spikes (if they do: then management is liable to legal actions given oversight).
