I agree with a lot of what you have said.
I would also add that it's up to us shareholders to ensure that management doesn't destroy AW1's capital structure - and therefore the truly insane upside inherent in this potentially once in a generation copper play - by giving away cheap stock to second-tier churn & burn / pump & dump brokers.
To date management haven't really had a good grasp of capital management initiatives. This needs to change.
