Wholeheartedly agree, tho I rarely bother to state this anymore as these threads have almost devolved to a point that any reference to management that is not first-name-basis pompom waving is met with defensive sour grapes and immediate brigading.

Keen for some signals of Dan Lougher’s firm hand on strategic direction. He joined initially as a director to then take over the chairmanship from John Prineas in Feb iirc, but the company hasn’t really said anything more about that transition yet. Coupled with the geology, the next step up for AW1 imo is to show the wider market it’s move to maturity that is progressing with Lougher’s experienced guidance.
