    So you're alleging that the company;
    A. Has not disclosed material information to the market they have had since the 3rd, in breach of ASX rules.
    B. Deliberately deceived, or outright lied if you will, in their response to the ASX query last week by stating the lab has advised they will be in receipt of first results some time this week??
