Marco regardless if this is what happened you need to report that ton ACM so at least they never use that lab again
the lab can't tell you a thing or it breaks the asx compliance rules - you know the date a result is due before the rest of the market is legally a form of insider trading.
you might even consider calling the asx yourself they do monitor these sites I have been told
