They said somewhere before they expected to release an upgraded MRE this year.

The 4-5 rounds of drilling results in 2021-2023 are enough for them to upgrade the resource. Current drilling does not need to be included in the next upgraded MRE.

3mil oz has not been fully paid (5% deposit) and contracted. Quantum may at some point be happy to agree with Besra taking on more offtake customers unless Quantum is confident it can go with full 3mil oz. After all Quantum is the biggest shareholder at 30% and it wants Besra to succeed.
