I think the story and reason for establishing the deal are compelling and make sense. And one would think Quantum and Dato have a lot of integrity at stake.
I guess my problem is i didnt realise this was quite so complex when i first bought in at higher level. I just saw 300 mil binding offtake agreement.
Now it feels a bit like "up to 50% off sale" at myers. Try finding the item that is actually 50% off. I didn't realise I would need to have complete trust in a Malaysian company providing the finding to a canadian company listed on asx, with a major holder that wanted out so bad they would risk losing a seat on the board. Hell i didn't really even understand what a CDI was and why a canadian company would use these to list on asx instead of locally. Still dont fully understand this.

I had talked to the company previously and been told they expected payments to fall into a monthly pattern around first or second week of the month. This would indicate to me there was no knowledge of money "only when its needed".

i feel I have gained a much better understanding now of exactly all the gears that are moving here. Thanks in large part to information you and others have provided previously. Hopefully all plays out to the most optimistic scenario. If this is genuine and funds are ultimately provided to fund mine build then fir sure this should be multiple $ with current SOI.

One aspect to correct you on.
The ASIC type of ruling putting a cease and desist from selling the NASDAQ IPO came from the Malaysian national Government regulator. And correctly so until they get their paperwork signed off.
The MOU signed between QM and the Sarawak STATE Government for the proposed construction of a joint venture gold refinery next door to BEZ for their gold is a State Government decision and nothing to do with the national Government.
