    I could probably have bought the theory that the US$9.8m had been with-held based on the poor progress the Co has made (pilot plant delay).

    But not an "unexpected bank account closure" sorry.

    For mine there is a huge doubt over the Quantum model, failing to meet redemptions as ysaudrey had posted on Tuesday morning, which appears to have forced them to take shortcuts in promoting stock to raise equity, which the SCM has now put them on alert for.
