Seems to be a difficult position as it would certainly seem that quantum are in the business of buying and selling gold. So if they can secure a source of "new gold" that can somehow even be branded as sharia compliant then it is certainly feesible that this deal may actually be real.
By the same token it is hard to find any positive in the way the funding has progressed so far. Plenty of talk about not supplying money because of slow progress or not needed but surely at some point a lump sum of 100 mil + will be required and finance deal seems to fairly strictly state no more than 10 mil per month. If such a bill arises to we just get back to them 10 months later? Big question around finance now and latest update doesnt seem to clearly state how or when the further paymentscwill occur. We may get the 9.8 mil next month? Then another 8 months for next?
