thanks for the follow up, i emailed the care@qbeb one and that's where i got a response about being getting a support ticket, again ill get back to you once i find out about creating an account but good idea ill try set a vpn to Malaysia tomorrow and see if i can create an account. I'm assuming it is a mirror as well for the aus site. the main email is the one that blocked my query about the gold thing in the first place which is slightly concerning as to why they block valid gmail addresses from emailing them unless they went into some sort of shut down mode although that would seem very very extreme and even i am doubtful that's the case just very odd I cannot email the main quantum email at all. good to see they are genuinely branching out though with a jewelry app as well. not going to lie hopefully there app looks more properly done than the website as that thing looks like it was slapped together in hour.
