just curious as i dont know the answer myself, if dato is the chairman and we have another quantum member and only 2 other board members that are not apart of quantum, if they decided to take things their way would dato being chairman have a sway in the voting system or is it just 2 votes versus 2 votes assuming the 2 original besra board members vote against something that would be bad for the Co.
