We don't know yet if they are insolvent or just having liquidity issues, but I don't think it's unreasonable to be prepared (and seek answers) in case the worst is happening.
As others have pointed out, Quantum have the casting vote on Besra's board.
More broadly, does their model actually work with the big leverage they offer? They might be caught short in a fastly moving gold spot price market?
