Why would you discount trading action before 23rd as "pumping" of the stock?
You talk about both pump and dump and price manipulation, which is it?
Your previous post is not proof that prices were manipulated. You've posted speculation on how the price was potentially manipulated, you got any proof?
Just like how companies can mention M&A activity, they can also mention news articles that may affect share price - at the end of the day they've stated they're not aware of any information that should be public and they offer suggestions.
