The Company is not aware of any information that has not been announced which, if known, could be an explanation for the recent trading in the securities. 2. Not applicable, as the answer to question 1 is no. 3. The Company is aware of an article published yesterday by Next Investors titled “AML3D (ASX: AL3) - Our Tech Pick of the Year for 2024”. The Company confirms that it has a paid commercial relationship, for Investor Relations services, with Next Investors to prepare investor material such as this article and to promote the Company. 4.
