Dodgy companies don't have full certification from companies like U.S navy, Austal shipping, Chevron, Boeing and BAE systems. They are selling parts to these companies not only that the machines and all certification that goes with it game on. Has had a long road but you don't get those inroads into companies like that overnight that has taken years of hard work and they are now in the position to exploit this tech to the big boys.
