A cynic might suggest this "approach" also allows recipients in the placement at 5c to exit with a nice profit, if they wish. An example of "its not what you know, but who you know". Always makes me laugh: "sophisticated investors" = wealthy connected investors brokers utilise to get commission on cap raisings.
