If they say the price rise was due succesessfull drilling results that havent been released yet, then they will probably get fined.
They have have received data on 90 holes, drilled 163 and will drill a total 313.
It seems pretty clear that there have been some good results in the 90 holes that have been assessed and someone has told someone and someone has started buying.
