Given the massive price movement, if the Payns drill results are ONLY released after the options expire, and they are sensational and the stock price moves...NXM / AT will have some serious questions to answer, from options holders and from ASIC and the ASX.

Given that they have those results, and they could release them prior to the expiration of the options. Then not doing so, especially when there has been the unusual price and volume movement, and given their response to the ASX, really opens them up to all sorts of legal issues.
