To date the Co has stated there is no confidentiality breach, that they are aware of, so it's business as usual.
I'm a long-time shareholder of NXM, put my oppies up for sale early March and glad they sold with last Wednesdays very encouraging action.
To me NXM have correctly justified why they couldn't release any results.
Why all the concern about the 13c oppies when you can buy today for 7c, would think there's only legal issues if NXM is found to be covering anything up.
Out of all this kerfuffle, I'm looking forward to results being released in a few days' time
