If there was a leak, the issue isn't that Option holders have been hard done by as thats just circumstantial, the issue is there may have been a leak which if there was this shouldn't happen with prudent corporate governence, but we know from human nature that people with info love to share it to family and friends.
One can only judge a stock on its past performance and the SP has risen alot prior to significant announcements in the past.
Having said that, based on the precedent, I sold into the run up to 10C. Ive now bought back in cheaper than my previous buy price with 30% more stock.
Where there is a stock thats movements are predictable based on past performance, there is an opportunity to make money.
