    I just noticed that Payns and MC 5.3 are both seemingly contained within existing NXM Mining Permit areas.

    The map in the announcement doesn't perfectly line up with the mining permit database (probably due to skewing to fit into the A4 PDF file) but you can see where the drilling sits....

    The more you know...
