Impossible to verify on a forum like this, but when someone openly posts they've sold the house and are buying up $700k worth of a smallish stock, IMO that's a gift horse. Market action is consistent with the story. Just add up the daily buys until he's stocked up, then take the profits.
(Imagine if the reason PCL gave in the speeding ticket was 'Some guy said on social media that he's sold the house and buying PCL')
