    yep agree on all fronts - been in PCL many times over last 20years. Did well out of NWE. Many complain about NWE exit of Perth Basin - all unrealistic - could never go to prod too small a Co and look what happened since - pretty good job by Smith in the end.

    pcl no different here - this is all about max potential of tenement from a position of apparent hopelessnees 5 years back at .001 - where even i did not invest but wish i had., and if prospects now come up with any goods - maximise exit - pcl in prod - off with the fairies stuff.

    both pcl and NWE will/would never have the balance sheet to move to prod and anyway in both cases still light years away even if they wished too.

    there is only one play here and that is big JV partner and drill - you take your exit where u see fit
