Here's a question:
Given that PEN responded with a "no reason" for the speeding ticket, how long is it before they can actually release a market sensitive announcement to the market. I would think that if they released an announcement tomorrow they might have some explaining to do because two days ago they could not explain the spike in the share price.
Are we expecting an announcement soon, and could this be delayed now due to thier response to the ASX query
