What a joke these speeding tickets are.

Went from 0.007 to 1.1 cents intra day high.

Remember there was not one query when the share price fell from the rights issue price of 2.5 cents to 0.007.
And not one from the 14 cent level around mid 2007 to the all time low of 0.007 cents in the space of around 18 months. I am sure those holding from a higher price do not think it speeding if there is a gain of less than half a cent.
