A speeding ticket? Excellent!

I liked RC's response:

The Company notes that there was a great deal of publicity last week surrounding an examination being conducted by Dr Michael Vertigan AC as to whether a new test is needed for determining if gas transportation pipelines should be subject to economic regulation. It may be that the market is forward looking as to the positive impact this examination may have on lowering pipeline tariffs if Central Petroleum supplies gas into the east coast gas shortfall.

Dr Vertigan will report back to Energy Ministers at the Council of Australian Governments’ Energy Council December meeting.
