I think the ASX is a joke, luck or no luck it is the market. They most likely did the query because someone complained to them and wanted to buy. It looks like it bit him if he bought this morning
A good example
They never inquired about some other companies that they knew they are going under in VA. eg TON a recent company that there is 100's complaining on hotcooper.
Everyone knew that an announcement was due.
