Who relies on it as an indication of the whole mine? It just, as I said, reduces variables. It's not like KNL have taken one bulk sample sample for testing and that's all. Your original comment insinuated there was a problem with this; just stirring the pot I assume. The Valence example shows only that nothing is definitive, not that there are dire consequences for companies who bulk sample, which is why so many do.
