not necessarily imo. so many people here on hc who would have no inside info, are down ramping this stock as a result of no commercial agreement thus far. as a result investors , some of who would have quite large parcels, have sold pushing the price down. there are still people picking up shares, but I would assume a lot of people (like me) already have large parcels and don't have/want to put anymore money into it.
