Where I am interested is terms....another RTO of mine that has quickly gone to acquisition has been bounced back by ASIC as the purchase was valued at the MC of the company (all scrip of course)
They were going to have to essentially reissue a prospectus and had to back out.
Let's hope MXC is more clever than this and has done their homework
