For completeness, the Company notes that its CEO regularly attends routine investor meetings at which Phosphagenics’ most recent newsletter (29-July-2016), the recently released half year financials and other information made available to the market via ASX are discussed. The company confirms that no information which has not been disclosed to ASX was disclosed or discussed in such meetings and the Company will keep the market appropriately informed of all material developments in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
Looks like HNW or institutions might be coming on board or getting back in. This is the only thing I can gather from the bolded statement. Ross has what to sell now....it appears.
