Sabre is a vehicle of Jim delpiano/coniston/KKM. If you really want to understand about this set up you would have to look at all the Companies that Delpiano is involved with.
You will find that many of the Companies he is involved with have similar or the same board members who have rotated regularly between the various companies and Norman Grafton is company secretary for quite a few of these entities also. I looked at it years ago and thought it looked like a bit of an exploration Ponzi scheme.
Its sort of like a jobs for the boys gig with lots of money spent on admin and not so much on exploration. Anyway that's just my view after researching all the various relationships.
I looked at the sabre cash position and they don't have any money after spending the 9M they raised so one would have to wonder what it all means.
