The analyst in question is from Ord Minnett... The forecast EBITDA translates to EPS of 6.6 cents, which gives a PE ratio of 15.4 at $1.02. They also forecast a fully franked dividend of 3.3 cents for FY17.
There is a lot of fear in the market this week. Many of my stocks have had a caning, including SSM. This announcement will hopefully calm people's nerves around SSM (and I note that the SP already made a good recovery today after falling to $0.92).
