I don't know why the Telink was singled out. It does seem odd, but I feel it was aimed at being a positive announcement ala "remember the Telink deal everyone..." and we're talking more deals - but then adding on the caveat that nothing's certain.
The wording is not great and perhaps it would've been better to remain silent if there is no reason.
IMO - the market cap was very high maybe on the back on Telink, Intel and a couple of MOU with major companies. however since the flurry of ann when RYG became XPE its been a bit quietish and the market likes lots of news
