    I'm sorry but aggressive takeovers do happen... They just need to get 51% voting rights for it to happen....

    If they have a substantial holder or two on board with them then they just need to make up the shortfall....

    But as we are all in the dark at the moment I guess we won't know till a change in substantial holder notice comes out...
