How do you come to the conclusion that this is a Goner??

The statement released in response to the ASX mentions the word "uncertain".

Uncertainty exits in everything...everywhere.

There is uncertainty in the global economy
There is uncertainty in the weather
There is uncertainty that you will live to be 100

Uncertainty is a situation which involves imperfect and/or unknown information.

It doesn't mean that something won't happen or occur. It just means that there is a variable in play that makes an outcome unpredictable.

I think you may be reading to much into this.
