Well I never believed in those that spouted at 9c the drop was an once in a lifetime gift to get back in. But i never (and I'm sure many didn't) expected the sudden 2 day plunge. My judgement i'll admit was clouded on the lisa zhang exit, again I shouldn't but I admittedly blame letting other opinions on hot copper get the best of me. Still doesn't add up to me. And i guess the share market is all about risk-reward-probability. And the probability of someone departing for no sinister reason 1 month after being appointed is alot stronger than the chances of it being a genuine change in circumstances (its possible, but if you have to risk/probability assess something, I should have stuck with my gut that it smelled).

6c then would still have been double of what one has to sell out in the 3s, but for holders taking a loss is psychologicallly proven to be alot harder. you can take 30,40% cuts at 6c, but obviously another 50% cut down to 3c is far worse. Can only hope these are the 'trying times' that all great traders/investors stories begin with where they lost nearly everything and rose back up to become where they are now. Or at least that's the investment lesson hopes I'm taking away.

There's only two things that really matter - well more one. Is this sell down due to publicly unknown views of future commercial opportunities? if it is then getting out now will hurt less than when we find out in a month or two. If fundamentally this is the same stock and management really have full integrity and have disclosed truthfully that nothing has changed.. then this will be a classic case study of panic selling and manipulation for many years to come.

Either way I doubt many instos or sophisticated are getting burnt as much as retail holders - thoughts to all holding and out on losses.

I really think management could have worded their response this morning far better. Surely putting more in the sense of 'nothing has changed'. their lack of detailing on all of the facets we've been updated on: leapin, the MOUs, and the like and only on Telink leaves many dots to be connected by wild minds. Surely if nothing has changed they could have just dot pointed that these are still as exactly as they were in terms of progressing as usual (which we are all adults and know may or may not commercialise). The lack of addressing these and the wording of the Telink associated opportunities as 'may or may not' eventuate may be one of the final straws that broke the camels back.
