As per 71's post, the only thing that can destroy the momentum is the deal not going through, OR, a change in market sentiment

Most people will take up the placement so the underwriters and interested parties will end up going to market for theirs and provide the spread

There can't be a 'million people' in this (let alone a million people with the same strategy) because there are only 16m shares on issue and the top 20 have most of the pie...

The market is mostly uneducated about this deal imo and the interest will build post placement when the real news hits the market - this is just the beginning

As stated before, the shareprice climbed to ~30c to reflect the value of the shares post placement (aprox $40m market capitalisation -> 130m x $0.30)

The real money will be made by those that take up the entitlement and hold the heads and oppies for 6 months, imho
