My thoughts too tarecq.....there aren't enough holders to drop the price TOO far, and even if it were to drop to say 15c -20c, who the hell would complain?
As you say, with the Top 20 holding 57% and only 16 million shares currently on issue it's a no brainer providing the gold deal goes ahead as planned.
The only losers will be people who buy more than they can afford to take up the issue on, or people who don't take it up at all....so my sentiment is buy - but only what you can afford to keep and spend another 49c per share on to give you 8 times what you buy plus some nice free options!
