For all their brilliance, the bots are also rather stupid. Usually 4 sells a cent above last sale, and a longer term cap of 10 offers that appear substantial. When I last checked there were 10 offers at $1.20. On balance of probabilities bots think the sp may get there today and they don't want it to go higher.
