    A $28m market cap is nothing. It's miniscule. Doesn't rate.

    $100m deals do rate and so does debt. Especially greater than market cap post GFC. IMP need to demonstrate they can service their debt plus grow before they can expect the market to take them seriously. Dividends are a dream atm. The more they promise them, the scarcer I'll be.

    IMO, $40m cap is required before IMP need to start delivering on promises as against making them.
