The gas price now falling below $4 doesn't help though as it would cost more than this to extract the deep gas plays. If the gas price gets up to $6 again (which is what it was when they bought the gas assets) and the moratorium is lifted, the land should hopefully have some value then. At the AGM, BM told me he was hoping to divest of this land at some point, presumably to pay down debt as with the last sale of Pennsylvania land.
