Motors, can you clarify what you mean by money currently being raised by the exercise of options?
Macquarie's first lot of options don't expire until dec, so no-one will be exercising until the end of the year. Even so, they have 6,666,666 due then with a strike of .12 and 6,666,666 due with a strike of .135, so in total, the exercise at the end of the year will only raise 1.7m.
I don't think 1.7m is enough to stop an equity raising!!! Please correct me if I am wrong and point me to where you get your info. Thanks
