Nothing that ICN can do about that and ICN cannot force the pace. So, should not be disappointed if the end of march ann could just be a further extension. SP is undergoing some selling, no doubt, some relieved ST's that turned into LT's and are glad that we got over the 24 cent barrier. Interesting now to watch if any new build up.
