if GSA deadline is again extended, it would not be surprising.
But it would not be the end of the earth either.
Because I mentioned in an earlier post, that I reckon a signed GSA is valuable, even if ICN has no reserves. Because we can see just what a convoluted process it is to get an executed commitment from a CHinese buyer.
that piece of paper on its own is worth good money.
