I've never held RRS and never intend to, but seriously, that speeding ticket from the ASX belongs in the comedy section.

I think RRS would have been perfectly within their rights to respond to the ASX with something like "Shares trade in half cent increments above 10 cents and below $2. Read the ASX rules and you may become educated about such trivial matters."
