G'day Katok, glad to hear from you again. I must have misread your post on 9 Feb when you said that you had "cashed out". I thought that you had cashed out of ICN. Glad that is not the case, or, was it?

You know my views and in agreeing with your overall sentiment, I don't with your "outcome" that you say will be "soon" and "not much longer to wait".

Sure, we , even combined with BPT, cannot even contemplate developing 855 on our own. BPT has publicly declared that by opening up their data room for outside help. The outcome of that might be "soon" and that certainly will throw a very different picture on where both BPT and ICN are heading with 218 and 855.
Hopefully, as Jake rightly states, that common sense will prevail and both 218 and 855 are developed together by the one consortium, including BPT AND ICN AND a gorilla.

That's where I agree with you with MR LU, more so, MR Lu's "connections" and countrymen. If RJ wants to maintain maximum equity in 855 AND in Icon, my belief is that China will be the source of Icon's share of the funding. If RJ can pull off an independent funding deal for ICN (SURELY his number ONE aim at the moment), that will not only insulate Icon permanently from T/O for anything less than $500 mill, but, will set RJ, Mr Lu and ALL of us shareholders up for his and many of our lives. It will be THAT big.
855 will be funded, the GSA, which could then go on indefinitely, would be operative and the SP will appropraitely reflect those outcomes.

RJ will not quit this opportunity that he has worked for for over 30 years. It is HIS (and our) Holy Grail.
