Looking at ASX list of announcements, the company have a regular stream (not a torrent) of announcements delivered in a timely fashion. A torrent continually repeating the same results is not wanted and would smack of poor management.
TSX listing has been discussed many times in these announcements for end of April. The conditions obviously haven't been met, but it isn't a deadline, rather, a timeline and dependant on the approval process of the TSX.
